MSK SPECIALIST

John is an experienced Musculoskeletal (MSK) Specialist with a background in emergency care and rehabilitation. He began his clinical career as a paramedic in the Armed Forces, providing frontline critical care, and gained further experience working in the NHS, military hospitals and in private healthcare.

He holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Sports Therapy and a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy. John’s specialist focus is spinal therapy, combining academic knowledge with practical expertise in assessment, rehabilitation, and performance recovery. He is committed to evidence-based practice, with a strong interest in the management of complex musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.

Alongside his clinical work, John has a competitive background in martial arts at a professional level, which enhances his understanding of athletic performance and injury rehabilitation.
